Today's soundtrack is Zevious: Lowlands, an instrumental rock album. My favourite song on the album was "Smear Campaign," probably because it reminded me a bit of Norma Jean's syncopated, abrasive riffs.
This afternoon, I built a new bookshelf to go behind my desk. Before, I had my amp set atop an old printer, and my books were in a little shelf cobbled together from a 2x4 and some scrap flooring. The new shelf gives me a lot more space, and though it isn't beautiful, it's functional, and it's mine.
